However, when it's revealed that some of Devendra's poetic expressions are sourced from existing internet content, such as fan fiction and quotes from well-known authors, the narrative takes a turn. Sheila is unfazed by this discovery, rationalizing that all humans remix and repurpose language and ideas in similar ways. She remains committed to her project, which has evolved into a thesis for her MFA, and continues to see Devendra as a collaborator and source of inspiration.
